#1355 - Cannot Convert Leads
We're having issues converting leads. Sugar support wrote back saying:
"The issue that you have reported is related to the SalesMap integration that is installed via Module Loader in your instance. This integration is known to cause issues during the lead conversion process, generating errors similar to what you have noticed. I would recommend disabling the integration via Module Loader, and then check and see if you can successfully convert the lead in it's entirety."
Sure enough, when I disable this add-on, everything works. I need this fixed. Thanks.
