#1426 - License Key

When I click the link to take me to the license key verification page nothing happens. Same with the link for the User Configuration. I am running 6.7.10

    Hi cepower,

    Kindly follow the steps to validate your license key: 1. Go to the Admin panel of SugarCRM. 2. Scroll down and open "GSync user configurations". 3. The License validation page will open. 4. Enter you license key and click on the validate button.

    If still you are unable to validate your key then please let us know.

    There is no "GSync user configurations" option in the Admin Panel

    Scroll down to the bottom on Admin Settngs screen and here you will get " License Configuration" option available. Click on it and License validation page will open.

    Just so we are clear, as stated above, when I click that "License Configuration" option nothing happens. Please FULLY read my case and respond when you have an answer to my issue
