Can We get your instance access with admin user to look into the map for you which is not loading pins. Also please let us know which filter criteria you are trying to apply.
We observed that you did not perform Repair and Rebuild therefore you were unable to see any Geo coded record on map. We have executed Repair and Rebuild. You also please run Repair and Rebuild one time on your instance and then it will start converting your records into geo coded on 1000 records/per day basis.
Regarding making US map default, Yes We can do customization for you to Relocate map to US. Estimated Time: 3 Hours. If you are interested then We shall send you contract details as per our Support Contract Policy to proceed

Good to know that Geo Coding is working fine for you. Regarding our hourly charges, our Accounts Department will send you contract details for 3 Hours effort and you can respond on it accordingly.

I can do a live filter, but the filters don't work after being saved. So thanks for testing, but we will need the filters to be saved as well, can you fix?

I did the Repair/Rebuild. Cron job says it is done, but I don't see single mapped record.
Total Leads: 31514 Non-Geo Coded Leads: 31514 Total Contacts: 2104 Non-Geo Coded Contacts: 2104 Total Accounts: 1258 Non-Geo Coded Accounts: 1258
Non-Geo Coded mean that they are not mapped, correct? Can I assume these numbers will change?
