#1945 - Map not loading accounts

Hi there, I installed the RT SalesMap and it is not showing any of our accounts. The Scheduler ran 5 times today already and I understand it takes time to load all of our accounts as it only does 1000 a day but I have not been able to identify one account that is working on our Map. Please advise. Julie
