#1945 - Map not loading accounts
Hi there,
I installed the RT SalesMap and it is not showing any of our accounts. The Scheduler ran 5 times today already and I understand it takes time to load all of our accounts as it only does 1000 a day but I have not been able to identify one account that is working on our Map. Please advise.

Please make sure you meet the pre-requisites for this plugin and you have correctly followed the installation guide.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, then provide us your Sugar access on the email below so that our technical team can look into the issue and help you in the most appropriate manner.

To my knowledge, I have followed the installation guide correctly. Is there another way to connect with the tech team to look into the issue as I cannot supply you with Admin access for security reasons?

In that case, we can arrange a screen sharing session for you with our technical team who will guide you through the setup procedure. Hello,
My map is no longer showing our accounts and has them all marked as non geo coded. We also received 49,000 fatal errors over the past 24 hours. Please advise asap!

Please share the screenshots of the error messages at support@rolustech.com . We shall get back to your at the earliest. Also, please run quick repair and rebuild from the admin menu, as it solves most of the issues. Thanks!
