#1982 - map not displaying in google chrome (windows)
Works on mac (chrome, firefox, safari) and pc (firefox, IE) but not on chrome. Please advise - is there a setting or plugin needed for chrome?

HI,
RT SalesMap works fine with all other browsers except for Chrome. We have already noted this issue and it will be resolved in the upcoming update of RT SalesMap.

When will the next update be released? My client is requesting a partial discount for this bug causing much frustration. I have been asked to request a 3 month rebate/refund and to find out when the next update will be. Thanks for your assistance.

We regret to inform you that right now we cannot tell the date for the next release. But we can fix your issues with the current RT SalesMap package that you are using. Please share a screenshot showing that no pins are visible on the Map and a filter is selected. And another screenshot showing the number of geocoded and non-geocoded records in your Sugar. Send these screenshots to support@rolustech.com and we shall have help you resolve your issues.

Confused - your support already replied that Chrome (Windows) has a known bug:

Due to the several months of inconvenience, my client is requesting a 3-month credit.

Hi,
Billing is an automated process, we cannot credit/debit any account. Every client before he subscribes to a product is given a free 30 days trial so that they can explore the plugin and find their convenience. So if your client has been able to use it with other browsers for three months and has an issue with one browser( Chrome), we can get the issue checked by our technical team and come up with a possible solution. Yes, this might be because of a known bug but we'll have to check the instance and see the exact issue.
