#2578 - Not geo-coding accounts / contacts
For Chasetek, the license validates, but I think something is still wrong here? There is no geo=coding of accounts. There are over 8000 accounts that fit under the criteria I selected in the user settings.
Please advise.

Hi,
Please make sure you have installed the latest version of RT SalesMap on your Sugar by following the Installation Guide. RT SalesMap version 4 is now available for both Sugar 6 and 7.
Also please check that your 'Calculate Longitude and Latitude' scheduler is working fine.
If you are still unable to fix the issue, then please share your Sugar login details with us at support@rolustech.com so that we can look into the issue and fix it.

I don't see a job for 'Calculate Longitude and Latitude' in the scheduler. I think when installing there were some permission issues. I may have tried to uninstall and reinstall before. I'm not sure. But I want to set this up correctly, please advise.

Please install the latest package of SalesMap (version 4) on your Sugar by closely following the Installation Guide. Each step is explained in the installation guide and you will be able to correctly configure the plugin using it.
