#3641 - unable to apply license after installation
Hi Rolustech,
I have recently installed the latest version of RT SalesMap into on of our Clients sugar on-demand v 7.11 instance.
The install completed successfully, however I am now unable to apply the license key.
I have run the quick repair and rebuild, cleared the additional cache and cleared my local browser cache after the install.
when i go to Administration > RT SalesMap License Verification I get the following error message:
Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.
Can you please assist with resolving this issue.
