#4250 - Dropdown filters

I have found that the filters for RT Sales Map does not seem to work in the same way as list view filters. I have installed the latest version on a customers sandbox to confirm but still has the same issue.
In the accounts list view I create a filter and got a result of 78 accounts. I put the exact same filter options into RT Sales Map filter and I get 0 results.
It is something to do with the way RT Sales Map is filtering the Type field which is a multi select. If I select one option I get a result but not when I select both.

I would expect that how I build a filter in account list view would match RT Sales Map filter view.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Kindly apply the same filters and scroll down, you will a section below the Map for 'Non Geo-coded' records. Can you please take its screenshot and share with us? That section is to let you know if the addresses were found valid by Google APIs or not. In case the address are invalid, they would not show up on the map.

I don't this is is the issue tho. If I change the Type to architect I get a result
If I change the type to Interior Design I get results
When I change it back to both I get no results.

Hi Damon,
The issue is fixed. The updated package is installed on your stagging instance. You can test and let us know if there are still any issues. The updated package which has the hotfix has been mailed to you and you can install it on your live instance if everything is working fine. Also, this fix will be added to our upcoming release of RT SalesMap. The release date is still not announced.
