Hi we are receiving an error with a cron job with in the Calculate Latitude and Longitude.

Error is

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for reaching out. This is a warning message. If your scheduler status is being shown as "fail" and your sugar logs have "invalid URL" then it can be fixed by installing the latest version of RT SalesMap (v. 6.0.2). If you have already done so and the issue to persists then please let us know and we'll look into it further.

      Hi we are runninf the latest version v6.0.2.

      The sugarlogs are showing (Calculate Latitude and Longitude) failed in CRON run, Call to a member function getBody() on array

      and

      ERROR calling google API: InvalidArgumentException: Invalid url was provided. in /14.0.0/ent/src/Security/ValueObjects/ExternalResource.php:49

    The weird thing is that the cron job is saying its successful.

    But our biggest problem is, we can't map anything at the moment.

    Hi Andrew,

    After updating the package, have you run the Quick Repair & Rebuild(Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair & Rebuild)? If not, please run to apply the latest changes.

    If the issue persists even after the QRR, please install the following Debugging patch, RT SalesMap Debug Patch-v1.0.0.zip, and let the scheduler execute two to three times. Do not forget to run QRR again after installing the patch.

    Once completed, please download the sugarcrm.log file and custom directory with us. These can be downloaded by going to Admin -> Diagnostic Tool -> select Custom Directory and sugarcrm.log options -> Generate and Download the zip file. You can send over the files at our support email; **product.support@rolustech.com **
