#687 - Pin Points Not Showing Up
SugarCRM OnDemand Professional, Version 7.2.1 (Build 1096)
Installed just fine, scheduler says that it is running every 30 minutes and has said so for the past few days. The sales map settings area says that its seeing 516 accounts, but when viewing the map, it shows 6 pages of accounts that I can 'scroll through', but no pin points ever show up anywhere on the map.
Any idea's what's going on?

Hi Marcio,
We have noted the issue and trying to reproduce it. We have local holidays and will get back to you after 4th August.
Just a note, kindly try to Zoom and Scroll the map and pins will show up.

We have tried to zoom in and out, move the map around, go into street view and then exit, we used multiple computers with Windows 7 & 8, we have also used IE 10 & 11, and the newest versions of Opera, Firefox & Chrome, none of them show pin points no matter what we do.

Hi,
Kindly provide us your Sugar credentials so that we can look at the issue.
I hope you have selected some value for following fields in respective module and same value is selected when you are loading on Map... Contacts --- Lead Source Accounts --- Type Leads ---- Status

As per our previous reply, we have tried every combination of contacts, accounts, leads and all, still nothing. The map doesn't even show within Chrome.

The map did finally pull up within Chrome, but it did take well over a minute to show up for some reason.

The pin points DO NOT WORK and never have. Please fix this issue ASAP.
