#1315 - Yearly subscription
The company I work for purchased this add-on last year. We tried it out on one of our Sugar sites last year, and then stopped using it. Since this wasn't being used, it was kind of forgotten about, until the recurring charge showed up on 4-16-2015. I have since canceled the yearly subscription. Is there any way we could get a refund for the most recent charge?
