Got to the installation part of the process where you give permission to rt gsync in google. Nothing happened after that. Contact me at merhart@dynatronsoftware.com

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As per the information you provided, following may be the reasons:

    • The user is not enabled for RT Gsync.
    • Schedulers of GSync- Calendar, GSync- Contacts , GSync- Drive and GSync- Tasks are inactive.
    • If they have Active status then some other scheduler is stuck in running therefore above mentioned schedulers are not running.
    • If these schedulers are Active and running after set interval then check the last successful run time. It may have never run successfully.

    If above mentioned are not the reasons then kindly email your SSH credentials at support@rolustech.com to look into the issue.
