I cannot get the connection to work with my instance of SugarCRM below is the error I am receiving please advise.

As a result of investigation I found that there appears to be some issue on the SugarCRM side. Do you have any 3rd party modules installed (security or so)?

Yes the security teams module is all.

I recommend you to: 1. Try repair/rebuild relationships from SugarCRM Admin. 2. If it does not help then I recommend to try disabling Security Teams for a while and trying again.

Do we know at this time if it will work with this teams module because that module is essential to our business also.

We have some clients with Teams Security. However there might be something in the latest version or in your TS configuration. So it is worth to do a quick check to know if TS is a reason for broken Soap layer or maybe thers something else (file security, folder permissions etc).
