#1875 - using multi user license key with a single user edition
Hi, we're trying out your plugin and have installed as described in the installation guide. If we go to outlook and try the connection in the settings it is successfull but if we try to archive or synchronize it says "You are using multi user license key with a single user edition of the plugin. In order to configure multi user edition please refer to the Multi User Installation guide or ask for assistance at support@grinmark.co"
We tried both plugins, but neither of them is working, can you help?
