#2310 - Unable to get CRM items. Please test CRM connection on the Settings tab.
Once email is archived in outlook and in signature tab getting an error ' Unable to get CRM items. Please test CRM connection on the Settings tab.' I tested the settings and all connections shows successfull. and email also archived in CRM.
