#2386 - GrinMark Outlook365 Addin for SugarCRM Connection Failed
I try to install a multi-user connection between SuiteCRM (Version 7.6.6) and Office 365 (business essential).
The test connection to the CRM login is ok but the test connection with Office 365 account failed with this message ::
The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized
However I can read the mails sent with office 365 iin the inbox of SuiteCRM.
Is ther any explanations for this?

Hi Francis,
Could you send your email address to sugarcrm@grinmark.com. We will check the server logs to see what is wrong with the config.

Hi Francis,
It appears that you didn't specify a password for Office 365 account. You need to specify it for exchange in the Settings tab.
