#2440 - Activation and Configuration

Hi under the multi user instructions under the heading "Activation and Configuration" it reads "You need to define some settings for App to be able to archive and synchronize. All settings are configured at the “Settings” tab."

The "settings tab" where? In outlook 2016? on Microsoft 365? on SuiteCRM?

I have installed the module in Suite CRM and configured the license, but I am having trouble locating a "settings tab" anywhere on any of these...Can you help please?

    I found where this is but my test connection is returning an error. Maybe I am not using the correct portion of the login URL fromCRM, it is Suite CRM hosted by 24Data.

    here is the url I used: https://copas.24datahosting.com/

    The error message is: The request failed. The remote Server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

    Not sure what to do now...

    Hi,

    Having an issue with mass email synchonization. I have a Mac, outlook 2016, and I am using SuiteCRM. I have marked the 62 items in my inbox with a category ToCRM and started the synchronization. I selected only inbox and after the sync the report that came back is the same one as the first sync I did, ( in which I synced contacts but realized I didn't want to, and subsequently deleted the new contacts added by the sync from the CRM, and deselected that option). The one email that I individually archived has gone to the CRM but none of the others.What is it I am doing wrong? Thanks, Angie

    Only 1 email from 61 has ToCRM category. It was archived. Please check.

    Nope they all show the ToCRM categorization must be something going on with my outlook. I tried to clear cats and start again but it won't let me.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
