#2447 - Syncing email from Outlook 365 to SugarCRM
We are attempting the sync Outlook 365 email to Sugar CRM and do not see the email in Sugar. Best done on the phone. What is the best number to call you on?

I understand you are in Europe. We are located in Washington DC on EST. Can we set a time to discuss. We have gone through the complete install but emails do not appear to be syncing. Thank you.

Hi Rick,
You need to type in Exchange account password on the Settings tab. Currently it is empty and our service can not connect to Exchange.

Thank you, we think our test email synced, but we could not find it in the corresponding Sugar file for the subject account under History, Opportunities, etc.
