#2734 - Cannot Establish Connection with Sugar
I've successfully installed the add-on, and have got connection with Office365.
But my TEST CONNECTION with Sugar fails, even though I know login is same as when I start Sugar
Here is the error message: Fail: GEORGE No Error (No Error)
Please help.

Did you follow the whole installation guide? https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/grinmark-outlook-365-addin-for-sugarcrm/multi-user-installation
Make sure you have installed and configured the Sugar module: https://gmdownlods.s3.amazonaws.com/aesync/gmsync_latest.zip
