In our environment we didn't success to make the whole thing run. It is by far too complicated for us. So please stop the billing. Actually I subscribed for a test licence and all of a sudden I get your bills regularly.

Hi Marcus,
This is how the store works - if you do not cancel it charges you for the next month after the trial period. You can contact SugarOutfitters for a refund if you like. I see you already cancelled the subscription, so I close the case.
