If you installed the plugin and can use it in OWA (browser version of Outlook) it should appear in desktop Outlook as well. Take into account that Outlook 2013 is supported on Windows only. For Mac you need Outlook 2016.

Plugin is installed via web interface (either OWA or ECP). Then it works in browsers and desktop Outlook version. Do you have Office365 subscription or on-premises Exchange server?

We are using our company email id that is in Office Outlook 2013 . we dont use any exchange server.

The plugin supports Exchange Server 2013+ only. If you are not using Exchange server that the plugin will not work in your environment.

This type of plugin is not supported by Exchange Server 2010. You can try our desktop addin which works with any version of Outlook: http://www.grinmark.com/products/addin/about.html
