#3685 - Trying to install Outlook 365 Plugin
I am attempting to load the plugin and I can see the <>Sugar button in my email. When I click on it I get the error message "Add-in Error - Sorry, we can't load the add-in. Please make sure you have network and/or internet connectivity..." but I am connected to the internet.

Hi,
What happens if you open https://cloud.grinmark.com in a browser? If this end point is available - the plugin should start. If you are using Desktop Outlook try to use OWA.
