#3845 - Does your plug-in work with aCloudCRM?
Does your plug-in work with aCloudCRM (they told me it did!)?
I have it installed, tried all the settings but can not get it to work.
When testing the connection in the setting box in outlook - Remote server returned a 401 error?
Can't find a support link either - please help!

Hi,
We officially support Sugar and SuiteCRM. What is CloudCRM? Is it a clone of Sugar like SuiteCRM?

The company said its 99% Sugar CRM and ALL your plugins work with it - the url i'm using is: https://banyards.acrm.accessacloud.com if your plugin doesn't work with this CRM system can you let me know.

just found on the tab the wording SugarCRM so you do support it!
in that case has the plug-in got a bug.

Hi Alison,
What exactly does not work? I tried CRM connection to https://banyards.acrm.accessacloud.com with admin/password and as expected received:
Connecting to SugarCRM:7.7.2.1 flavour:ENT Login attempt failed please check the username and password (Invalid Login)

Hi, i get a connection failed message with the following: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorised. Thats with my login details?

Hi Alison,
I assume that it is for Office365 connection. This may happen if you have several email addresses associated with one account. If this is so - please send names of all email addresses you use with this Office365 account to support@grinmark.com and we'll update the user email.

yes it is O365 but i only use one email address. ill send it to support email address you suggested.
