#4022 - User Authentication to Office.com Grayed Out
When reviewing the connection settings the username for authentication into Exchange is filled in (apparently automatically) with your email address. When we authenticate we use a different variation of our email address. I can't change that in the settings becauseit appears grayed out. How can I change this

Detected name is used as a primary key. We can update if actual email is different. Could you send a request to support@grinmark.com (displayed email, desired email)?
