#4195 - Works - But Not All The Time
I just installed it and it's working on some of the emails I'm archiving but not all of them and I can't figure out why.
I do the same process. Go to my Sent folder, open the email and choose the GM button. Then I choose to Archive. For some it shows archived and shows the email address it was archived to and when I go to Sugar I see the email under Contacts and Accounts. But for others, when I do the same thing, it says it's archived but doesn't show in Sugar under the Contact or Account.
How can I get this to work consistently?

This can be closed. I realized soon after creating the case that the two I was having issues with have different email addresses on the email than is in Sugar. I'm used to the Sugar plug-in for Outlook Desktop and it won't archive if there isn't a matching address.
