#3516 - Not working in production
Hello.
We installed this into our Dev and UAT on demand environment this past Friday. Did all the testing and it worked great just as we were told it would. When we deployed it to production on sugar on demand didn't work. We went thru the same steps to log into another person as in Dev and UAT, but it never signed us in as the person we were trying to log in as.
Is there a bug or something causing this to happen?

Hi Pamela, I can't say for certain what is causing the issue you are seeing. As you noted, it worked as expected for all your testing. If you would like us to try to troubleshoot this, you will need to provide us with a complete backup of your Sugar instance and DB. Hello Thank you for the follow up. Due to security protocols we are unable to give you a copy of our system. Our hired consultants for Sugar are looking into this and i believe they have found the issue.
