#4190 - iNet not showing same view as User
I've had two separate instances where a user was experiencing an error and viewing the user's account through iNet would not demonstrate the error. I had to physically log in as the user (still on my own computer) and then the error displayed. Both were report related. Can you please share the limitations of iNet? The intention in purchasing this was to be able to support users without having to boot them out.
