#4872 - Hi Users couldn't sign in on trial so I purchased a monthly subscription to test and now the key doesn't load.
Hi I hope you can help we signed up for a trial for the Chrome extension for LinkedIn leads.
Its looks as if it’s configured correctly in the admin of Sugar I have added the licence key snd I get ag green tick to show installed correctly.
When I go to sign in I get this via the extension:
You have not purchased license for Dreamer Leadlink.
Does the trial allow multiple users as well or just one user (me) only I'm the only person who can get that far.?
Neither user cant access at all using the SSO details I'm the admin using non SSO.
So not getting very far with the trial I thought id purchase a monthly to test but now I cant get the key to load.
Please can someone help.
