#1510 - Numbered lists

Hi - I created this merge document: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pyprz7lie2uhvr3/PersonalDevelopPage.docx?dl=0 which has a numbered list in it. When Sugar creates the merged file ([see here](https://www.dropbox.com/s/rzrsxc1qdr5kylr/PersonalDevelopPage_PCC%20D%20SING.docx?dl=0)) the numbers continue to increment through each page instead of start new with each page. I tried creating a section break at in the document to address this but it didn't work. Please help. Thank you, Adam
