#1996 - Installation on my hosting

In the Documentation says that cannot install on the Sugar CRM On demand version, but i dont know if that mean hosting installation (not localhost installation). So, Can i install it on my 1and1 hosting? Its a Sugar CRM CE Versión 6.5.22 (Build 1055) ?
