#2157 - Two Generate Docs in Drop Down and Both Not Working. Just Turns Blue After Clicking, But Nothing Happens

There are two Generate Docs in the drop down, but both don't do anything when clicked. The generate docs button just turns blue, but nothing happens.

Not sure what steps to take to fix this or if I need to reinstall the module.

Hi there,

It seems there was some problems with the installation. Did you install the basic version (free version)? Please, try to reinstall the module. If the problem appears again, please tell us all the information of your installation (operating system, versions, etc...)

Do you have any recommendations how how to install without effecting our custom settings? Last time we reinstalled this module it messed up our settings.

Hi,

The reinstallation of MMR doesn't affect to custom setting, your case is straing.... As we indicate in the MMR manual: * Important!! Please, remind that you have to uninstall the component previously to update it to a new version, checking the option "Do Not Remove Tables" to preserve data and template files.

Did you check that option?
