We are looking for a solution that enables users to generate letters from CRM using pre-defined but EDITABLE templates. The users will need to edit the final document prior to emailing it to the end customer. We are testing your plugin and it works well if the user does not need to edit the document prior to sending. My question is, can users edit the document before it is sent and attached as a historical record?
We want to avoid users having to download a document to local pc, then have to save it locally first so that they can then upload to crm. Very cluncky.
