Hi Alexandre,
Sorry for the delay, we have a lot of work these days.
We think you mean data from WysiWyg addon (https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/wysiwyg-field-type).
Sorry, we can not help you about how to generate this data.
Regards,
Anabel

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
This type of field, apart from not being a standard type in Sugar, stores the information in html format. It's really hard to convert html text to text prepared for docx (Office) or ods (LibreOffice). Some very basic conversion could be done, but generally it is not possible to support this kind of development at the moment. You can look at a discussion about this conversion using the OpenTBS library (the one used in MMR) in this StackOverflow thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9315531/opentbs-convert-html-tags-to-ms -word-tags
Creating a calculated MMR variable in the module that is needed, and trying to convert what you can from html to docx would be a possible solution, but at the moment we do not consider its implementation. Regarding that calculated variable, you could also remove all html tags containing the text and extract the text as plain text if the html format was not needed in the generated document.
Regards,
Anabel
