#1180 - Issue installing Marketo for Sugar 6
I'm trying to install the Marketo for Sugar 6 plugin v2.1.18 but it keeps hanging on the post_install.php file. Can you please take a look? We can give you whatever access you need. Here is the credentials to our built. It's a fresh install.

What edition of Sugar are you using? Community Edition, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate What version of Sugar are you using 6.x.x? Such as 6.5.20 What OS are you using for hosting Sugar? What DB are you using? MySQL, Oracle, etc?
Have you taken a look in the error_logs (apache and/or php) to see what error you are receiving?

We are using Suite CRM - Max edition version 7.1.5. The server is Linux and the database is MySQL.

No errors in the php logs....either php log or your sugarcrm.log

Can you help me diagnose the issue.
In the index.php program in the root of SuiteCRM; can you enter this line after the <?php
ini_set("display_errors", "2");
Then run the installer again and send me the errors.

I just downloaded SuiteCRM 7.1.5 Max and installed it. I then installed the Marketo 2.1.18 without any issue(s).
You can unzip the package and in the scripts directory remove the pre_install.php and then re-zip and see if it installs then. The pre_install sets up schedulers; which you can do manually

Finally got it working. Now the issue is something we encountered with another site. We put in our marketo details and click the 'Test Connection' and it says: "There is no action by that name." From what I remember, last time we found a fix where there were missing functions in the newer SuiteCRM and they needed to be added to the controller.php file or something. I can't find the fix anymore. Do you know what I'm referring to?

We do not officially support SuiteCRM; But here is what I found... If you enter the information in correctly in the configuration of Marketo; and save. You'll be just fine.

Unfortunately we've got the correct information in and it's still giving that message. Any ideas?

There should not be any messages; be sure that you have the schedulers setup and you'll be good to go
