#1475 - Sugar Created a duplicate lead record when we synced contacts into Marketo

When we synced the contacts to marketo inside of Sugar, the system created duplicate lead records and also synced them into marketo. We now have 1600 duplicates in. Any insight into why this happened

    When you synced the Contacts to Marketo. Marketo uses the Email address of the information sent to Marketo to deduplicate. Do all of the leads that have been created in Sugar/Marketo have the same email address?

    Yes it created duplicate records including email address

      Including the same exact email address? marketo should have prevented duplicates based upon the same email address
