Hi rvemula
Just to make sure, since it is a standard linux formula. If you have your Mautic on Linux server most often you would install it in folder: '/var/www' and name the main folder for instance 'mautic'. In this case you would have to run this formula as follows:
cd /var/www chown -R www-data:www-data mautic
Is this what you have tried to do?

Thanks for your answer 1. I am using Mautic in windows, Now which formula i have to run. 2. In Step 3: Configure plugin Authorization, even though i have successfully authorized with SUITECRM,Contacts Mapping tab is not populating. 3. My Mautic version is 2.8.2 and suitecrm version is 7.8.2, is this Integrator will work in this case.

Hi NipunReddy AD 1. On windows there is no such formula needed to be run. AD 2. This can happen if you by chance ommited step 5 in installation, which is updating database structure is it possibile...? AD 3. As you can find on Introduction section of documentation currently we test our integrator with : Mautic 2.9.x , 2.10.0 or 2.10.1 SugarCRM 7.7.2.0 and 7.9.2.0 SuiteCRM 7.7.9
It does not mean that it definitely would not work with you versions of those systems, however we did not test it in those conditions and can not guarantee that it would work.

Hi, 1. You would have to create a .bat file for each job to be run. Such a .bat file would need to look something like this:
cd C:\xampp\htdocs\mautic\app php.exe -f console mautic:evolpe:sync
and schedule them to be run in Windows Task Manager.
