    Hi chintu,

you said that you manage to sync campaigns but do you have any Contacts synchronized ? Mautic will send to CRM only such activities that are related to synchronized Contacts. The other important issue is to have custom cron jobs configured: mautic:evolpe:historyactivity and mautic:evolpe:sync that are responsible for queueing and sending data from Mautic to CRM. Last but not least, since we have not yet fully confirmed our integrator can support the Mautic version 2.13.1, so there can be some issue with the newest version.

If this information does not help, please let us know and check if any related information can be found in both Mautic and CRM logs.

    Best Regards,

    eVolpe Support Team

Yes I can see the points are coming in fine. But still the Mautic URL is still empty and there are no activities showing up. Can you suggest anything

I think that it may be an issue of mapping configuration, if for instance Lead is being created in CRM but it does not have email address set up then the integrator will not set up the mautic_url and assume that it is not supposed to be synchronized with Mautic.

Probably the quickest way would be to contact you in private to discuss it in more details.

Actually figured it out. CRON was playing up and the queries were taking forever to run. Thanks
