Good morning,

We have installed your plugin and leads & companies are being successfully brought in to Mautic however syncing the other way to our CRM is not working.

We receive this error message in the Mautic notifications:

eVolpe Marketing Automation Integration There was an error encountered when trying to synchronize with CRM, please check logs of both systems

In the Mautic log file we receive the following message: _ [2022-10-10 10:26:02] mautic.NOTICE: Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\RuntimeException: Too many arguments, expected arguments "command". (uncaught exception) at /[path-to-mautic-installation]/vendor/symfony/console/Input/ArgvInput.php line 172 while running console command evolpe:sync:process [] [] [2022-10-10 10:26:02] mautic.WARNING: Command evolpe:sync:process exited with status code 1 [] [] _

We are running the following: -

SuiteCRM 7.10.18 Mautic v. 4.1.2 PHP 7.4 Centos7

    Our developers team point 2 issues:

    • Our plugin doesn’t support SuiteCRM 10.x. According to requirements we supports SuiteCRM 7.11.x and 7.12.x
    • Moreover SuiteCRM 7.10.18 is not compatible with PHP 7.4. Look at https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/compatibility-matrix/

    It could be the source of the problem with our plugin (or maybe not). But first we have to have everything ok with that.

      Many thanks for your reply. My earlier message is now redundant as we recognised the incompatibility and have changed the system.

      We do however still have an issue which my colleague posted on the support channel which we would be grateful for your help.

      We are currently trialling the plugin and it is working for new leads/contacts created or existing leads/contacts mass updated, in Suite. However, it is not sending the updated data to Mautic if I change a single field, such as Lead Status.

      It is also not sending new/updated data from Mautic to Suite. I can get it to create new leads in Suite by using the campaign Push to Integration (which is fine by using an All-Contacts segment for the campaign) but if I try to use the Push To Integration for a data update it is creating a duplicate record in Suite instead of updating. How do I configure to send contact updates to Suite?

      We are running: SuiteCRM 7.12.7 PHP 7.4 cPanel and Centos 7

    Do you have a mapping set up? https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/mautic-sugarcrm-integrator/configuration-guide#p22 - SuiteCRM -> Admin -> Connectors -> Map Connector Fields

    It is also not sending new/updated data from Mautic to Suite.

    Mautic can update a given field in CRM always if it is empty in CRM, or if the checkbox "Allow Mautic to overwrite Module Fields value in CRM (if value is not empty)” is checked.

    "Always create new record" must be set to "No".
