#1406 - Possible to change the alerts type to send Accounts instead?

We currently don't use the Opportunity's tab, all of our 'leads' are set up as accounts. All accounts have a "spoken to" field that is either yes or no. Is it possible to change the alerts options of this software to send out random accounts that have the "spoken to" field set to no? Please let me know, and/or if there's anything I need to change in the source myself. Thanks, Wayne
