I am getting an error message when I try to install the integration package that says "Installation failed. See details in sugarcrm.log"

    Hello - this is Katie Gravelle at BrainSell - we have received a request for support - BUT - end customer name (first/last) and email were not provided. We cannot work the issue without at least an email addy and a full name.... Please reply ASAP "Molly".... thank you!
