#3403 - Fonts do not download

We have just downloaded the app. Installed plugin in the usual manger, however the fonts never download.

I see I am not the first to experience this issue:

3038 - "Download fonts for PDF file export" fails

I have ran through the issues mentioned in this post. Confirmed the modules ACL and even set it to 777.

I also confirmed php.ini post size and upload file sizes set to 1G howver, still fails.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Paul, There is probably still some permission issue, so maybe you can manually insert this file, - we have sent the file to your e-mail.
