#2371 - Trying to do a call report but have some issues
Our sales reps make calls to accounts and contacts. I will like to do a report that shows the calls made to them. Sounds easy, but here is the catch. If a rep tags the call to an account, even though that account has a contact associated w/it, the report won't show the call to the contact. It will only show the call as if it was to the account (related to). Is there a way to fix this?
Also, is there a way to do union reports where we combine calls/meetings into one report?
