#2371 - Trying to do a call report but have some issues
Our sales reps make calls to accounts and contacts. I will like to do a report that shows the calls made to them. Sounds easy, but here is the catch. If a rep tags the call to an account, even though that account has a contact associated w/it, the report won't show the call to the contact. It will only show the call as if it was to the account (related to). Is there a way to fix this?
Also, is there a way to do union reports where we combine calls/meetings into one report?

For the combined calls & meetings we can offer summary report (eva.narunovksa@itsapiens.eu has e-mailed you sample creation script), - please let us know, if you received it and if it is something similar to what you need? We do not yet have detailed reporting on calls together with meetings, - would you need the detailed as well?
Related Calls to Contacts and to Accounts, - before we continue, can you please help us to understand, how are they related to calls: Do we understand correctly that for some calls in "related to" the account is selected; For other calls in "related to" the contact is selected, not account, and currently you do not see those in a report?
Or - would you like to see calls with accounts and contacts which are related not directly to calls, but to accounts?

By related, I mean the Sugar default function of "associated". I'll send a screenshot if it helps?
