#3717 - Email Not Sending Since Upgrade to 2.1.82
Hi,
I upgraded Analytic Reporting PRO over the weekend and since that time the emailed scheduled reports haven't been going out. Is this a known issue. If not, how do I troubleshoot? (We're on an on-prem version of SugarCRM)

Hi,
Related to this issue is that the Sharing & Scheduling tab is now missing the details under each and doesn't provide an area to enter in the information. (i.e. the input boxes are gone)

Hi,
I installed version 2.1.95 successfully, but it then asked me to validate the license. I clicked on validate with our key and I receive an error message saying "Key does not exist". It tried cutting and pasting our license from the Sugar Outfitters website "aaaecdfbfd9ad57aa3acdaed9bb68aff" and it still comes up with the same error message. Please advise.

Hi,
I found that the version on the Sugar Outfitters site is a dot version ahead and so I installed 2.1.96 and it's now validating my license. However, it appears that the email still isn't working. Any ideas?

We have tested on several environments and e-mail scheduling was working perfectly with 2.1.96 , this means, we have to schedule access to your system to look into directly.
