#4870 - Bulk SMS and Template Integration Not Working
We have successfully configured the SMS integration and can confirm that individual SMS messages are sending correctly from SugarCRM.
However, the bulk SMS functionality and the SMS template integration are not working. Attempts to send messages using bulk SMS or templates do not complete successfully.
Individual SMS sending works as expected, but these two features appear to be failing.
