    Hi Fred, Sorry for not seeing this earlier. Yes, this add-on supports Sugar Enterprise (on-premise) installations.

    I hope you are doing well (and happy new year by the way).

    So I suppose that you need to update the documentation (https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/sugar-integrate-for-dealhub/overview) that says :

    Integration Pre-requisites And Behaviors

    • Available only on Sugar Cloud from version 11.3
    • Available only through desktop browser experience, in non-incognito mode
    • Requires Sugar Sell and DealHub user licenses

    Yes, we'll update the documentation. When this integration was built/released it used some new APIs only available in 11.3 and up. It will work with Sugar 12.0 Enterprise and up for on-site installs.
