Configuration Set-Up Services for the integration must be performed by Sugar Professional Services or a SugarCRM Implementation Partner. DealHub implementation services are arranged separately thru DealHub.
Introduction
Sugar Integrate for DealHub enables the seamless and guided generation of high-quality and potentially complex proposals, by letting our platform do the work.
Sellers can produce and deliver proposals to your customers by answering few simple questions about the deal. The opportunity is automatically updated with the latest proposal details, to deliver an up-to-date forecasting to management. Additionally, DealHub can present the proposal together with your brand messages directly to the customer, through a virtual DealRoom, where the customer can even decide to sign the deal right there and then.
The information is exchanged seamlessly throughout by Sugar Integrate, so that your business can concentrate doing what it does best: servicing your customers.

Integration Capabilities
- Sugar Users that are DealHub enabled, will be periodically updated in DealHub including their reporting structure, for workflow approval purposes
- Sellers can initiate DealHub’s creation or opening of a single quote from within Sugar, in a new browser tab
- Sellers can initiate DealHub viewing of all quotes of a Sugar opportunity, in a new browser tab
- Sellers can build multiple drafts or submitted quotes in DealHub
- The latest submitted DealHub quote (primary) updates the linked Sugar opportunity’s revenue line item(s)
- DealHub quote status is reflected within the matching Sugar quote
- The product catalog is mastered and maintained in DealHub. Sugar reflects a single pricing in the preferred currency
- DealRooms links are available within Sugar’s matching opportunities
- DealRooms provide real-time pricing and branding information of the published quote to the customer

Integration Pre-requisites And Behaviors
- Available on SugarCloud from version 11.3 and up
- Available for on-premise installs version 12.0 and up
- Available only through desktop browser experience, in non-incognito mode
- Requires Sugar Sell/Enterprise and DealHub user licenses
- Requires the use of Sugar opportunities, revenue line items, quotes and line items, accounts, contacts, currencies, product catalog, and users
- Sugar Integrate requires a Sugar admin user for ongoing integration purposes
- The Sugar admin user performing the initial setup, must be licensed for DealHub
Quotes and Opportunities
- Manual changes to Sugar revenue line items will be re-aligned from DealHub on the next primary quote synchronization
- DealHub’s quote single currency is driven by the Sugar opportunity’s main currency (user’s default currency)
- The integration does not support tax rates and shipping information
- Only DealHub submitted quotes, are synchronized to Sugar, near-real-time
- Recommended for businesses that do not exceed one hundred line items per quote or opportunity
Product Catalog
- Products deleted in DealHub will not be deleted in Sugar, for historical and reporting purposes
- Initial manual product alignment might be required to prevent duplicate product creation (depending on circumstances)
