#2326 - FayeBSG claims they have not received payment yet.
Hi SugarOutfitters support,
I have been resolving some issues with FayeBSG and in the process, they stated that they will only issue a one year valid key once they get the payment from SugarOutfitters because of a 30 days money back policy. This is fine, except that the integration was purchased on May 31st, 2016. The 30 days are over and FayeBSG claims they have not got the money from SugarOutfitters yet. Could you please clarify what is going on with the payment to FayeBSG?
