#2288 - Error after installed and survey email error

Hi, I have tried your product in other sugarOutfitters account used by my manager because she planned to use it in their crm, the survey is working now on our end but unfortunately after I installed the plugin it affects all the module wherein when I go to a module there is a consistent error in js file, I can't get it resolved. please see image. http://i67.tinypic.com/2e2ezgy.png I also noticed that the email sent for the survey is not saved in emails. i followed the trail of your code in saving the emailObject and it's saved in emails table as parent_type = leads and parent_id = some consistent Id. We're using Sugar (version 7.6.0.0) Please reply our trial is near to end. Thank you in Advance
