#3105 - Directing survey results to a specific individual/team
I was wondering if it is possible to direct survey results to a specific individual. For example, we have an escalation structure for when things go wrong. So, if we get a survey back and it has a very low score of customer satisfaction, we would like the results to go to the first person in our escalation tier. Is this possible with Survey Rocket?

Hello Abigail Pfister,
First, thanks for taking interest in our Survey Rocket plugin. We assume that you would like to get score regarding your services using the Customer Satisfaction Survey. Based on score given by the Surveyor person they would like to do some activity in the CRM. For example: Survey will be send to a Contact record of CRM. Customer will provide their feedback on survey form and based on feedback it will calculate total score for individual Survey submission. Based on this score workflow will create a task and assign to Contact record owner(assigned user). If score is below the expectation it will send an email notification to the Contact owner's reporting person.
