#4851 - Question_report export - Error in both formats (CSV or PDF)
Hello dear team,
We're getting some problems exporting the question report of a Survey. PDF export From here: https://avoristravelttoo.sugaropencloud.eu/#bc_survey/5aed7a90-499f-11ef-a813-0636cec1a392/layout/report The error from here: https://avoristravelttoo.sugaropencloud.eu/index.php?entryPoint=exportReportsData This page isn't working at the momentavoristravelttoo.sugaropencloud.eu can't currently handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 Please take a look at the attached screenshots: PDFExport, PDFExportError.
CSV export Which is the criteria for ordering the survey questions? Please take a look at the attached screenshots: SurveyQuestions. For example the header in Excel is like the following: Customer Name "Type" "Survey Send Date" "Survey Receive Date" "¿Nos puedes explicar que les ha sucedido?"
But the order of questions in Survey is complete different (please take a look at screenshots: SurveySites): The first question is: Puntúe el grado de satisfacción de los clientes en relación al destino. (1 Insuficiente - 10 excelente) but in Excel is the second one. Why? I have downloaded the Excel so I could send you by email.
Please let me know how to solve it and improve the analysing of survey's results.
Thank you very much and regards. Beatriz Reviejo Project Lead, redk
